How often can I get my kit shipped to me?

After receiving your introductory kit, you may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. You can schedule your subsequent kit to ship every 4 to 20 weeks. We will ship you a new kit every 12 weeks if you don't change your shipment interval. It's entirely up to you.

If I choose "ship now," am I changing my frequency?

No. The "ship now" option applies only to your next auto-delivery shipment. This option is helpful if you plan to be out of town when your next shipment is due to arrive, or if you run out of your products early. We will adjust future shipment dates to accommodate your one-time "ship now" transaction, but your regular shipping frequency will not change.

How do I return my products?

With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s), even if empty, within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus shipping and handling). Once received please allow 7 business days to process your refund.

If your order is scheduled to ship in the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment, but you can return your shipment once it's received.
